TERMS & CONDITIONS

The present general terms and conditions regulate the relation between the company SASU OCEANTEX  and it's customers. By placing an order the customer agrees to the whole of the present general terms and conditions. The present general terms and conditions may be modified at any moment without prior notice by SASU OCEANTEX. The modifications are applicable to all orders palced after the modification.

SARL OCEANTEX abides by the legal garanty of hidden or obvious defects which make the product unusable or limit it's usability. In that case the product will be replaced at the expenses of SASU OCEANTEX.

SASU OCEANTEX confirms the acceptation of an order by email. The offers are valid while stocks last. In case a product is out of stock, SASU OCEANTEX informs the customer by email.

SASU OCEANTEX reserves the right to refuse an order for any kind of reason. Deliveries will only be carried out after complete payment of previous orders.

Shipments will be done by post to the adress indicated on the order sheet. The customer must indicate the delivery adress correctly. In case the delivery adress has not been given correctly, SASU OCEANTEX will not be responsible for the non-delivery or loss of a parcel.

After receipt of the payment, SASU OCEANTEX will dispatch the parcel within 24 hours. In general, the parcels are delivered within 5 days into all countries of the European Union.

The given delivery times are without commitment and may depend on events which are out of SASU OCEANTEX's control (for example holidays or strike).

The forwarding charges depend on the weight of the parcel.

Please contact us for an individual offer according to your desired articles, we will find out the least expensive way to ship your order.

During receipt the customer has to check the condition of the parcel immedaitely. In case the parcel is in bad condition (torn, open, ...) the customer must refuse receipt.

The price mentioned on the order sheet, the proforma invoice and the invoice are excluding VAT. For deliveries to countries within the European Union, the customer must advise his intra-community VAT number, otherwise SUN PROJECT is obliged to add VAT as per the current VAT rate in France (20 %).

The forwarding charges are mentioned seperately on the proforma invoice and on the invoice. They are calculated based on the number of lots ordered and they correspond to the amount charged by the post office.

In accordance to the law, SASU OCEANTEX reserves the right of property until the complete payment by the customer.

The entire price of the ordered goods is payable to SASU OCEANTEX immediately after receipt of the proforma invoice. We accept following modes of payment:

• Paypal 
• Bank transfer
  
• Credit Card (via Paypal)
  

The delivery will be dispatched immediately after receipt of full payment.

In case of late payment, a penalty of 3 times the legal interest rate will be applied, and a flat compensation of 40 € will be charged for the recovery of the debt claim (article L. 441-6).

Return of goods are not accepted, except for delivery of the wrong article or faulty goods. Claims have to be advised to SASU OCEANTEX

within 3 days after receipt. In order to benefit from that guaranty, the customer must send the goods back to SUN PROJECT, accompanied by the order sheet or a copy of the invoice. After that, SASU OCEANTEX will dispatch a new product to the customer accordingly.

In case the desired article is out of stock, SASU OCEANTEX will send a credit note to the customer. Before sending back the goods, the customer must contact SASU OCEANTEX

Claims are always treated with attentive goodwill and good faith always presumed to the claiming party. Otherwise, only french courts are in charge of the case.
